We started our day of with a quickwrite then we ate lunch. As we got ready to head out we made sure to make this day a great day. There were two kinds of hikes- an easy one and a hard one. Most of our class went to the easy one, which started off great with music and one person falling in the water. When we reached our endpoint Abby said if we go back fast we can ride the tram. Personally, I was scared to ride the tram because I'm scared of heights. When we were getting ready to leave Alyeska we got snacks and drinks and then we headed on the bus and opened the windows 'cause it was hot. On the ride back some of the boys were doing the bottle flipping challenge and some people were sleeping. It was a good day filled with many memories. - Keoni
When we got onto the tram it was a little packed with all the students in our class and other people we didn't know. It started out really slow and then sped up as we were going. The view was beautiful, the mountains still had snow on them. When we were going closer to the top the tram got a little wobbly, but we made it up and were surrounded by mountains. We took lots of class pictures and it was actually really hot out. We walked around a bit and headed back down. It was about at two to three minute ride to go up the tram and back down. It was really fun and I would go back again if I could. -Ange
